Once the client has contacted us with a detailed brief of the position they wish to gain candidates for our hugely qualified and experienced team of researchers will develop company target lists, then identify and verify candidate details. We are expert at gathering corporate intelligence and have a well established and extensive network of contacts.
Clearly in order for a search campaign to work the client has to have/be an attractive enough proposition to gain interest from the candidates we approach as they are not looking for jobs so the proposition has to be compelling in order to gain their interest!
