We often get asked the same questions about using head-hunter services so we've put together these FAQs to hopefully help you make the decision to use our services:
- Can I only use a headhunter for senior level appointments?
A very common misconception, no although senior positions are very often filled using a headhunter company, we recruit people for all levels of employment within all sectors.
- Do you have a set fee or is it based on the client, work, etc?
We do have a set fee but it is negotiable depending on the particular client and job. We also charge a retainer fee of 10% payable up front to cover the research and work we carry out for you and this retainer fee is then deducted from your final bill.
- Do you work just throughout the UK?
We work nationally as well as internationally depending on the type of position to be filled and the company we are working for.
 Do you maintain client confidentiality?
Whether it's because the client hasn't told other staff members about the vacant position or that they don't want their competitors to find out, we respect your confidentiality at all times but you must understand that to entice potential candidates we must divulge certain information about you and your company along with details of the job position. We will however attempt to keep your identity classified as long as possible, ideally until we have some commitment from the candidate.
